Programme Overview

The programme is designed to meet the demand for graduates who are proficient in the culinary knowledge, techniques and also posses interpersonal skills to serve the hospitality industry mainly in hotel and restaurant segments. The proggrame  discover  the culinary knowledge, food artistry, cuisine and culture ,and explore managerial and entrepreneurial areas to succeed in the culinary career. Student who have successfully completed the programme will be able to demonstrate the capability to apply theory and practice, creativity and capability to handle kitchen operations
