Why UNITAR?
UNITAR International University (UNITAR) was established in 1997 as the first virtual university in Southeast Asia and among the earliest private universities in the country.

Entry Requirements
The scholarship covers all tuition fees and accommodation at UNITAR (Foundation and Bachelor’s Degree programme or Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree programme)
- Penang Resident (B40)
- Qualified SPM Student (regardless of the year of SPM examination)
- Meet the entry requirements for Foundation/Diploma programme
