Dr. Esther is the Head of Organisational Design and Effectiveness at Malaysia Airlines Berhad.

She has over 10 years of technical experience on Optoelectronic, Quality Control (QC), Failure Analysis (FA) and High-Volume Engineering Data Analysis, people analytics and AI. She has managed and lead national and global data architecture projects for government and MNC companies.

She has also been involved in government related projects, taskforces, policies and guidelines to further expand digital transformation in the country
