Extra Certifications Included in Selected Diploma Programmes

Graduating from a diploma programme is a good start to either advancing to a bachelor’s degree programme or applying for an entry-level job in Malaysia. UNITAR students, on the other hand, have the advantage of obtaining additional certifications where students can earn up to 10 digital badges or certifications based on the courses embedded with Microsoft Content (Diploma in Information Technology), Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting certifications (Diploma In Accounting). Through these additional certifications, they can significantly enhance our diploma students’ resumes after graduation as well as equip them with impressive digital skill sets.

Internship Placement at Leading Malaysian Companies

Work experience should not be excluded from university life, which is why we prioritise quality internship placements for our students to gain preliminary work experience as well as industry exposure before graduation. Providing internship opportunities allows students to apply what they’ve been taught in class at various leading companies, including KPMG, SQL and DHL.

Frequently Asked Questions About Diploma Courses in Malaysia

A bachelor degree is a three to four-year undergraduate qualification awarded by a recognised Malaysian university or university college. It is the standard credential for professional careers and a prerequisite for postgraduate study at master’s or PhD level. At UNITAR, all bachelor degree programmes are accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and can be studied on-campus or fully online.
