UNITAR Expands with Its New Resource Centre in Butterworth, Penang

Petaling Jaya, 12 May 2023 – UNITAR International University (‘’UNITAR’’) has launched a brand-new Resource Centre in Butterworth, Penang. This launch further strengthens UNITAR’s continuous mission to expand its knowledge and networking hub for students pursuing their academic sessions within the institution, enhancing an all-rounded academic experience.

Established with a committed goal to provide an accessible education avenue for all students not just within the northern region but also nationwide, UNITAR has singlehandedly cemented two of its other recent Resource Centres located in Johor and Kedah, respectively. Both of which serve students from their attached region and are namely known as:

1. UNITAR International University Regional Centre Seri Alam, Johor
2. UNITAR International University Regional Centre Sungai Petani, Kedah

Through our latest Resource Centre in Butterworth, Penang, students gain seamless access to resources that facilitate their Postgraduate and Undergraduate studies. In addition to providing additional coaching sessions, the Resource Centre also supports students in expanding their networking circle and improving educational discussions by introducing more conducive rooms.

As the first virtual university in Southeast Asia, the presence of this new Resource Centre will make way for working adults to bridge the gap between conventional and online learning methodologies. This will enable students to fast-track their progression with convenient access to study materials via online and offline resources.
