UNITAR & Zheijiang HUACE Forge Partnership to Broaden Media Arts Education
UNITAR International University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zhejiang HUACE Film & TV Technical College at its main campus to broaden and expand educational opportunities in media arts. This distinguished partnership was secured to focus on fostering academic collaboration and cultural exchange between both institutions.

UNITAR Signs MoU with Nanning College for Vocational Technology to Advance Education
UNITAR added another partnership to its list of lucrative collaborations – this time with the Nanning College for Vocational Technology (NCVT) through a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Under the MoU, we are set to embark on a multifaceted collaboration, focusing on various aspects of education with a special emphasis on early childhood education. This strategic partnership opens doors to exchange expertise, resources and best practices between the two institutions.

UNITAR’s very own Diploma in Animation Design student, Reeno Yuen gained the top spotlight after achieving the Top 10 placing in the Adobe Certified Professional Championship Malaysia Grand Finals. This achievement shows off Reeno’s incredible talent and opens new opportunities for him in the field of Art & Design.

Teacher’s Day Workshop 2024
UNITAR International University hosted over 100 teachers from the Klang Valley and surrounding neighbourhoods for the Teacher’s Day Workshop: ‘Teacher’s Motivation in Developing Student’s Success’ at UNITAR’s main campus in Kelana Jaya.
As part of the Latihan Dalam Perkhidmatan (LADAP), the workshop began with a ‘Teaching Journey’ sharing session by Professor Dr. Mallika Vasugi A/P V. Govindarajoo, Dean of the Faculty of Education and Humanities, followed by an insightful session with Mr. Feroz Hayat Khan focused on AI and its adaptation in education.

UNITAR Honours Graduates of Lead4Future 2023 Technologist Officers from Government Agencies
60 students from the Lead4Future 2023 programme, powered by UNITAR International University with Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) Malaysia, Jabatan Digital Negara (formerly known as MAMPU) and the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT) proudly graduated after attending three Micro-Credential programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain Development and Data Engineering.Â
Representing various agencies, these graduates completed a comprehensive three-month programme, signifying a major step forward in their professional journey and the future of technology.

Believing in the Alam Be-Leaf Mangrove Tree Planting Programme
In collaboration with Amanah Lestari Alam (ALAM), UNITAR International University and several agencies participated in the Alam Be-Leaf Mangrove Tree Planting programme as part of the ‘1 Million Tree-Planting Campaign 2021-2025,’ an initiative by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, held at Mangrove Point, Klang.

UNITAR hosted a graduation ceremony for 40 participants who successfully completed the UNITAR & Bank Islam Upward Mobility Certification Programme at Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College (KLMUC), Kuala Lumpur.
The ceremony highlighted the significant achievements of the graduates and the collaborative effort between UNITAR and Bank Islam to enhance professional growth and upward mobility.
