CIK TAR BANGKIT BERSAMA UNITAR CAMPAIGN

Campaign Overview
- The Cik TAR Bangkit Bersama UNITAR Campaign (âCampaignâ) is a nationwide activation organised by UNITAR Education Sdn Bhd (âUNITARâ), in collaboration with its related entities including UNITAR Capital Sdn Bhd and UNITAR College Sdn Bhd.
- The Campaign invites participants to locate âCik TARâ at selected locations across Malaysia based on clues released via UNITARâs official channels.
- Eligible participants stand a chance to win:
- One (1) Full Scholarship for selected Education programmes; and
- One (1) MacBook Neo (256GB) (the âMacBook Neoâ)
(collectively referred to as the âPrizeâ).

Campaign Period
- The Campaign will run from 6 April 2026 to 19 April 2026, or such other dates as determined by UNITAR
- UNITAR reserves the right to amend the Campaign period at any time without prior notice

Eligibility Criteria
This Campaign is eligible for:
- Malaysian citizens;
- Those who successfully register and enrol in UNITARâs Education programme in May 2026 intake;
- Those who fulfil the minimum academic requirements for the following selected programmes:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) (Hons)
- Bachelor of Education (Hons)
- Participants and/or winners may be required to complete payment of registration and administration fees prior to scholarship processing, as determined by UNITAR.
- Winners must complete UNITAR Application Form and UNITAR Financial Assistance Form and submit
the
following supporting documents
- Photocopy of Studentâs NRIC
- Photocopy of Studentâs Actual Results

Campaign Mechanics
- Participants are required to locate âCik TARâ at designated locations announced through UNITARâs official platforms and media partners, such as radio stations HotFM and MolekFM (including, but not limited to, all of its social media handles such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
- Clues will be released periodically, and participants are responsible for following updates to identify the correct location.

Winners will be determined based on the first eligible participant who:
- Successfully locates Cik TAR; and
- Fulfils all eligibility and verification requirements set by UNITAR.
- If no eligible winner is identified at a specific location, the prize may be carried forward (âsnowballâ) to subsequent locations at UNITARâs sole discretion.
- In the event that no eligible winner is identified at the first designated location, the prize shall be carried forward (snowballed) to the subsequent scheduled location.
- UNITAR reserves the right to determine the final winner based on verification records, timing, and compliance with all Campaign requirements.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the determination of the âfirst participantâ shall be based on UNITARâs official verification process, which may include time of registration, staff confirmation, or any other method deemed appropriate by UNITAR.
- In the event of multiple participants arriving at the same time, UNITAR reserves the sole discretion to determine the winner.
- Participants must follow all instructions provided by UNITAR representatives at the location, including registration or verification steps. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- UNITAR reserves the right to modify Campaign mechanics, including locations and clue releases, at its sole discretion.

Prize Entitlement

Prize Structure
- A total of twelve (12) winners will be selected throughout the Campaign.

Each winner will be entitled to receive:
- One (1) Full Scholarship as stipulated in Condition 5.2; and
- One (1) MacBook Neo (256GB).

Full Scholarship
-
The Scholarship applies only to the following programmes:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) (Hons)
- Bachelor of Education (Hons)

The Scholarship covers tuition fees only and excludes other costs such as (including but not
limited
to):
- Registration fees
- Administrative fees
- Accommodation
- Books and materials
- Repeat subjects, extended semesters or examinations

The Scholarship applies only to the following programmes:

MacBook Neo
- Each winner will receive one (1) MacBook Neo.

The MacBook Neo:
- Is non-exchangeable
- Is not redeemable for cash
- UNITAR reserves the right to substitute the MacBook Neo with an item of similar value if necessary.
- The MacBook Neo will only be distributed upon the winnerâs successful completion of the first semester of study, subject to the winner maintaining active student status, achieving a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.50, and complying with all applicable UNITAR requirements.

Prize Structure

Winner Verification & Requirements
- Winners must submit all required documents as requested by UNITAR for verification purposes.
- Winners must complete application, registration, and enrolment into an eligible programme in order to be entitled to receive the Prize and be recognised as Scholarship recipients.
- Failure to fulfil the above requirements may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the Prize.
- Winners must complete all required processes within a timeframe determined by UNITAR, failing which the Prize may be forfeited.

Scholarship Terms & Conditions

The Scholarship will only be awarded upon:
- Successful enrolment; and
- Attendance on the first day of classes.
- This Scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships, financial assistance, or bursary schemes, except for Registration Fee Waiver and Student Get Student.
- The Scholarship is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
- The Scholarship is valid only for the programme and campus enrolled in.

Any change of programme is subject to UNITARâs approval. The Scholarship awarded is not
automatically
transferable to another programme. Upon approval of a programme change, UNITAR reserves the right
to:
- review, revise, or re-assess the eligibility and amount of the Scholarship; or
- terminate the Scholarship if the student no longer meets the eligibility criteria for the new programme.
- The Prize is not deferrable to future intakes unless with prior written approval of UNITAR.
- Scholarship recipients may be required to participate as UNITAR Student Ambassadors and contribute up to 60 hours per year in UNITAR-related activities.
- Scholarship recipients must achieve and maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 in each academic year in order to continue enjoying the Scholarship. Failure to meet this requirement may result in suspension or termination of the Scholarship at UNITARâs discretion.
- UNITAR reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Scholarship if the recipient fails to comply with UNITARâs rules, regulations, policies, or academic and participation requirements, including but not limited to the terms and conditions stated herein.
- The Scholarship is only valid while the student remains an active student of UNITAR.

In the event that a Scholarship recipient withdraws, is terminated, or ceases to continue
their
studies for any reason, UNITAR reserves the right to:
- terminate the Scholarship with immediate effect; and
- require the student to repay, in monetary terms, the value of the Scholarship granted, calculated up to the effective date of withdrawal, as determined by UNITAR.

Disqualification

UNITAR reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Fails to meet eligibility criteria;
- Engages in misconduct or unethical behaviour.

Publicity

The participants acknowledges that UNITAR needs to process Personal Data (as defined under the
Personal
Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as âthe PDPAâ)) provided by the participants from
time to
time. The participants expressly and explicitly acknowledge and consent to:
- The processing of such Personal Data by UNITAR for the purpose of performance of this Campaign and for all other purposes that are necessary, incidental and related to the performance of this Campaign; and
- The transfer and disclosure of such Personal Data to third parties within and, where necessary, outside Malaysia, or to any persons, authorities or regulators to whom UNITAR is compelled, permitted or required under the law to disclose to.
- For the purpose of this Clause, âthird partiesâ shall include but not limited to UNITARâs parent company, subsidiaries, related and/or associated companies, vendors, suppliers, business partners, professional advisers, agents, contractors, insurance companies, banks and financial institutions.
- UNITAR expressly and explicitly agrees to process such Personal Data in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law (including the PDPA) or such other applicable data protection laws and regulations.

The participants acknowledges that UNITAR needs to process Personal Data (as defined under the
Personal
Data Protection Act 2010 (hereinafter referred to as âthe PDPAâ)) provided by the participants from
time to
time. The participants expressly and explicitly acknowledge and consent to:

Liability

UNITAR, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect,
incidental, consequential, special loss, damage, cost, expense, or injury (including but not limited
to loss
of income, profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury) suffered or incurred by any participant
arising out
of or in connection with participation in the Campaign.
Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by UNITARâs negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. - Participants are responsible for their own safety when travelling to or participating in the Campaign locations. For the avoidance of doubt, UNITAR shall not be liable for, and disclaims any responsibility or duty of care in respect of, any incident, loss, damage, injury, or claim, including but not limited to periods before or after scheduled activities, during personal or unsanctioned activities, or while participants are in transit to or from Campaign venues.
- Participants acknowledges that such activities are undertaken entirely at their own risk and further agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNITAR from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with such circumstances.

UNITAR, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect,
incidental, consequential, special loss, damage, cost, expense, or injury (including but not limited
to loss
of income, profits, data, goodwill, or personal injury) suffered or incurred by any participant
arising out
of or in connection with participation in the Campaign.

General Terms
- All decisions made by UNITAR are final and binding.
- UNITAR reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior written notice.
- Any appeals will be considered on a case-by-case basis at UNITARâs discretion.
- By participating in this Campaign and/or accepting any part of the Prize (including the Scholarship and MacBook Neo), participants and winners consent to UNITAR collecting, using, disclosing, and processing their personal data (including sensitive personal data) in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, for purposes related to this Campaign, application processing, enrolment, administration, and statutory reporting.
