Tingkatkan Kemahiran untuk Peluang Kerjaya Seterusnya bersama Program SIP PERKESO UNITAR

Sistem Insurans Pekerjaan (SIP) PERKESO, yang juga dikenali sebagai Lindung Kerjaya, telah ditubuhkan pada 1 Januari 2018 bagi menyokong individu yang kehilangan pekerjaan dengan menyediakan penggantian pendapatan dan bantuan pekerjaan semula.

Sebagai sebahagian daripada program ini, Orang Berinsurans (OB) akan menerima bantuan pekerjaan semula daripada Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pekerjaan (ESO) dan mendapat akses kepada peluang pemadanan pekerjaan melalui MYFutureJobs. Peserta yang layak juga boleh menyertai program latihan kemahiran untuk meningkatkan kebolehpasaran mereka semasa tempoh pengangguran atau selepas memperoleh pekerjaan baharu.

UNITAR berbangga menjadi salah satu penyedia latihan yang diluluskan di bawah program SIP PERKESO, dengan menawarkan kursus yang relevan dengan industri bagi melengkapkan peserta dengan kemahiran profesional dan digital yang bernilai.

Apakah Sistem Insurans Pekerjaan (SIP) PERKESO?

Sistem Insurans Pekerjaan (SIP) ialah inisiatif keselamatan sosial Malaysia yang ditadbir oleh PERKESO. Ia menyediakan bantuan kewangan dan sokongan kerjaya kepada pekerja yang layak dan telah kehilangan pekerjaan, di samping membantu mereka kembali bekerja melalui perkhidmatan kerjaya, latihan semula dan peluang peningkatan kemahiran.

Melalui penyedia latihan yang diluluskan, peserta yang layak boleh menerima latihan yang dibiayai untuk membina kompetensi baharu yang selaras dengan keperluan industri semasa. Yuran latihan bagi program yang diluluskan boleh ditanggung di bawah SIP PERKESO sehingga RM4,000, tertakluk kepada kelayakan dan kelulusan PERKESO, serta rundingan atau rujukan oleh Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pekerjaan (ESO).

Kursus Latihan SIP PERKESO yang Tersedia

Entry Requirements

You must meet the following requirements in order to be considered for entry to the UNITAR Master’s Programme:

  • i. A bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent as accepted by UNITAR Senate; OR
  • ii. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of five (5) years working experience in education

Candidates without a qualification in the related fields or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the HEP and meet the minimum CGPA based on (i) to (ii).

Language Requirements

International students
  • Minimum score of 5.0 for IELTS OR
  • Minimum score of 40 for TOEFL iBT OR its equivalent

  3. A Bachelor’s Degree (non-related field) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, subject to the completion of prerequisite courses; OR
  4. A Bachelor’s Degree (non-related field) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00, subject to a rigorous internal assessment AND the completion of prerequisite courses; OR
  5. Other relevant equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian government as equivalent to the above requirements.

APEL.A (Level 7, MQF) Admission

Applicants may also apply through the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL.A) pathway, provided they meet the following:

  1. A Malaysian citizen; AND
  2. At least 30 years of age in the year of application; AND
  3. Possess STPM / Diploma / A-Levels / equivalent qualifications; AND
  4. Have relevant work experience / prior experiential learning; AND
  5. Pass the APEL Assessment.

Entry Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (Level 6, MQF) or its equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, as accepted by the UNITAR Senate; OR
  2. ​A Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) (Level 6, MQF) in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or equivalent, as accepted by the UNITAR Senate, AND at least three (3) years working experience in the Early Childhood field; OR
  3. A Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) (Level 6, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or its equivalent, as accepted by the UNITAR Senate, AND a Diploma in Early Childhood Education / at least two (2) years of working experience in Early Childhood fields; OR
  4. A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 or its equivalent, as accepted by the UNITAR Senate, may be considered with a minimum of five (5) years working experience in Early Childhood fields and successful completion of prerequisite courses; OR
  5. Candidates without a qualification in the related field or working experience in the relevant fields must undertake appropriate prerequisite courses as determined by the HEP, and must meet the minimum CGPA requirements stated in (i)–(iv).

APEL (A) Admission Pathway

Applicants seeking admission via APEL (A) into the Master’s programme (Level 7, MQF) must:

a) Be a Malaysian citizen; AND
b) Be 30 years of age or older in the year of application; AND
c) Possess at least STPM / recognised Diploma / A-Levels / equivalent qualifications; AND
d) Demonstrate relevant work experience and/or prior experiential learning; AND
e) Successfully pass the APEL Assessment.

English Language Requirements (International Students)

Achieve MUET or any recognised English competency test equivalent to Mid B2 on the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR).

Kursus ini membina kesedaran tentang amalan visualisasi data yang berkesan, di samping menekankan kepentingan pengurusan pemprosesan data di seluruh organisasi. Ia turut membangunkan asas yang kukuh dalam pengurusan analisis data dan model analitik, dengan fokus kepada aplikasi kaedah analisis data dari perspektif pengurusan.

Ia juga membangunkan keupayaan untuk memvisualisasikan analisis data secara efisien melalui penggunaan alat khusus serta meningkatkan pemahaman tentang penyelesaian sains data berasaskan awan menggunakan teknologi Microsoft.

Kursus Komunikasi Perniagaan merangkumi topik penting seperti komunikasi, penulisan laporan dan pengurusan mesyuarat, dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi media baharu untuk pengalaman pembelajaran abad ke-21. Topik-topik ini membantu peserta membina kemahiran komunikasi profesional dan menjadi lebih bersedia untuk menghadapi keperluan dunia pekerjaan masa kini.

Kursus ini membolehkan peserta memahami bagaimana perniagaan menggunakan sistem maklumat dan teknologi Internet untuk berkembang dalam landskap pasaran masa kini yang mencabar. Ia merangkumi aspek seperti pencapaian kecemerlangan operasi, penciptaan model, produk atau perkhidmatan perniagaan baharu, memperoleh kelebihan daya saing, meningkatkan perkhidmatan pelanggan dan rantaian bekalan, serta menambah baik proses membuat keputusan.
